Bob-Tach, Quick-Tach, Heart-A-Tach which is which?

Deere FEL can be purchased with the skid steer quick attach (that I assume is the Bob-tach). When I was looking, I decided I didn't want the extra weight and that the Deere QA suited me just fine. No skidsteer attachments that I want on the FEL. But the Deere 3720 on the lot at that time had the SS QA.

That makes sense. I haven't checked in a year or so.

On 05/21 ordered a 400CX loader from my Local JD dealer. I decided to go with the Universal Skid Steer Attachment plates, sold by Deere. Also ordered the general purpose compact utility tractor loader bucket with bolt on teeth from Everything Attachments. I plan to keep the Proprietary JD Quick-Tach system, they will take off, to install the universal plates.

The "universal skid steer" dimensions are standardized by SAE. Most, but not all, skid steers use "universal skid steer" compatible couplers. The "Bob-tach" is compliant. There are many other quick coupler systems.
