I have a bobcat 430 excavator SN 563012165. It has been parked under a shed for the past month. Went to move it over the weekend and the only hydraulics that work are the blade, swing boom, and auxiliary. It is showing codes 002-17 & 005-14. I pulled the filter and everything appeared clean. Blade will pick the machine up off the ground & so will the extend boom aux. Joysticks do not have pressure to them. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like a safety issue. Not specifically familiar with the 430, but the blade and swing boom are usually mechanical valves. Meaning they will work regardless of weather safetys are met. Seatbelt, seat switch if it has it? Or just the armrest lever thing on the entrance side. The safeties enable the pilot controls to become active.

Do the tracks work? I think they rely off pilot pressure to and need all safeties met

Just looked up those codes. One is plugged filter and the other is charge pressure low.

It wont allow pilot controls to work with low charge pressure. ITs protecting itself.

You say you pulled hydraulic filter and everything looked clean....sorry but you cannot see inside a hydraulic filter. And some machines have more than just a single hydraulic filter. Not sure on the 430
