Always a volt meter. A test light can fool you. Should show battery voltage. In you case your looking for continuity between the BICs coil and BICs controller. I'm also curious. When you made the original repair.(actuator)Did the snake eyes light up or flash. I'm betting the problem is in the SSLs harness not the AHC.:thumbsup:

Did a little more digging in the tech man. Found an obscure note about using the correct BICs controller for AHC machines. I think I saw you post that you replaced it. Confirm you installed PT# 6674225. Also check continuity on wires between BICs controller and Bobcat controller(metal box one) These are your power and signal wires. 1.Yellow/dark blue 2. purple/white 3. purple/red. Also check plug on these 3 wires between controllers. :thumbsup:
