Bobcat CT 235 starting problem

Bobcat CT 235 turning over but will not start. In the past couple weeks have had some intermittent starting problems, would have to turn the key on and off again to get it to crank. Any suggestions? Thanks

I need a little info so I can help. Turning over and cranking are the same, starting is what happens when it begins to run. Based on thank does it turn over, but not start? Or does it not turn over?

Can you hear the fuel solenoid click when you turn the key to run?

I agree probably the fuel solenoid. If you look in the Bobcat Forum here there are posts and pictures on what to do and where to look. Could just be a loose plug into the relay.

it turns over but will not start. I replaced the fuel filter and made sure that the fuel pump was filling the bowl.

where is the fuel solenoid located?

Owners manual, page PM 35, has the relay on the firewall behind the overflow canister (right side). Its the 3rd from the outside. You should hear it click when the ignition is turned on. I am not sure where the actual fuel solenoid is. Usually the relay goes bad. Again search the Bobcat Forum as there is a lot of information there on this issue. There are links there to service manuals too. Also look in the Kioti form as the CT 235 is the same as the CK35 in their line up.

Thank you very much, I also checked the fuel solenoid fuse which was good.
