After 2 hours cutting my neighbors 3 acres of field with a 48" RC, it grew this horrible moustache! :D NOTE: The rad screen and hydrauLic oil cooler were just as bad.

I over heated my tractor to the point of boil over, Now I go back to the barn to blow out the screens... every 30 minutes or when I get thirsty!!!.

Just curious about the plants you were mowing -- they look like they have already gone to seed.

Dandelions, for sure. A whole field of them. I thought it was a good time to disturb them because the RM thinks we need to cut once a month for weed control, according to the letter they sent after I refused to pay a $100 bill for some chap with a 12' batwing and an M series Kubota simply because I thought they should have sent a form letter out instead of some clandestine small print ad in the free community reader. Course all these seeds will blow back into my yard anyway.

She handled the temp deviations with ease. Never left the area between the two little dots and well short of the red. I do seem to be noticing the odd bit of coolant spray on the underside of the hood. My boil over tank is about half full of green cooland (soon to be changed to pink) and I saw a drop on a hose the other day. Tightened the cap and wiped of the underside but again, I see some more. Doesn't seem to be a faulty connection between the boilover tube. Perhaps pressure is forcing some out the top even though the temp seems normal. A fair bit of engine heat still seems to blow back seatward, which I was kind of thankful for mowing my field the other eve toward the cool dusk breeze. I know my old 'Bota would always end up with an empty reservoir and just seemed to operate thay way. At present, the Green seems to be about half full when cool. We'll watch if it goes down anymore.

Clean the grill screen and check the air cleaner today. I'll take a few more pictures.
