Bobcat S175 a good price?

Someone has a 2005 S175 skid steer they bought new with 760 hours asking $25K, super clean with new tires. That seems like a good price. Bucket & forks. Dealer installed glass & heater.
Thoughts?

price seems decent compared to around here for the machine with relatively low hours, why is it for sale?

Just spoke with owner who owns a landscape company. He just bought a Cat skid steer and doesn't need two. I don't have to have it but a handy toy.
