it must be common at low temps, removed a gallon of fuel this morning, water is suspended in it real small droplets, after sitting for a hour have a good tablespoon full of water at bottom, figure the 590 sucked some in the feed tube and settled in the low spot, I have re routed this so no low spots.
biggest issue once the filter and bulb was replaced plus cleared hoses was getting the motor to spin fast enough, once battery was replaced it fired up with some cranking
