Bobcat t300 32-49 and 32-65

I have a 2006 t300 that has had an intermittent issue where the two codes 32-65 and 32-49 have been coming and going. I've tried switching the acuator plugs and it dosent change the code. The machine will also throw the code when the actuators are unplugged. Could the problem be my wire harness?

Thanks I already red through both of these they don't really cover what happening in this situation. After talking to some one I'm think it might be the controller.
