Bobcat Tractors coming back in 2019

I agree with you. Spoke with the parts mgr at dealer and he told me the owners of the previous bobcat tractors love em.
He said parts are available for them.
BUT support is a real worry. And I would like one made in a bobcat factory not Kioti’s!

what do you think of the fuel tank location? seems odd to me. on the open station it looks like a total afterthought. hey guys! we forgot the fuel tank?

The one I had for a demo had the fuel tank in the rear. I was worried when I saw a pic with it underneath right side.
Hope more have it in the rear like this one!

No. I want to try out Kubota first. LX2610hst, 2650, L2501. They all seem similar.
I want to pay cash so I need to wait a bit more and now is not the time to travel to test. I am in NY on Long Island.

Two of my neighbors have the Kubota tractor very similar in size to my bobcat CT 225. I have had mine a few years longer and probably have three orfour times the hours than them And there’s no way I would trade them.
I also test drove a couple of other new Kubotas. They were all fine but I just feel that the bobcat is A little heavier duty and A step above in my opinion.

I would not be comfortable with a plastic fuel tank in the rear like that, at least not without some protection.

Pretty common on John Deere, like my old '99 5210. Sold it last year w/o having ever backed into anything that a rear implement didn't shield it from.

I guess a cab is a bad idea then if one might back into something with a rear windshield sticking out there like a fuel tank.

Other choices are below the footplate (low risk?) or just behind the instrument cluster. (I have three CUTs like that. Fun to fill, they are not.)

Fuel tank might best be placed ___ to click all the right boxes.

btw, This wouldn't be a problem with an electric tractor .. with motor the size of a fuel tank and a battery the size of an engine. Well, they wouldn't be made of HDPE would they?

The under the hood problem came about from Tier IV regs. It took more room under the hood so the tanks all had to go somewhere else.

Correct on some models my L47 is still under the hood..

Talked to the sales guy today and had him send me a price quote on the 2025 and the 2035
If you pay cash loader is free. I mostly use loader and forks so lift capacity and HST is most important to me
Both Bobcat models lift the same amount 1,631 lbs, the 2035 loader will lift a foot higher.
No wheel spacers available at this time. Extra hydraulic lines for grapple or front snow blower-- Not available yet!
