Bolt on cutting edge on bucket

Those TYM/Branson buckets seem kind of light duty.
Brand new bucket is already drilled for cutting edge from factory.

Is bolt on cutting edge a must have on these?

Well, "must have" is kind of an over used term, in my opinion.

I don't have one (bolt on edge) on mine. I thought I wanted one when I first bought my tractor, but honestly, for my uses, it hasn't really been something I've missed having.

Not sure what your uses would be, we're all a little different in that respect.

I have dug into dirt piles, gravel, etc, with mine. But I don't do a bunch of dirt work, just "here and there" really. So far it's not something I've needed.

Depending on how hard you are on your tractor you might want a cutter bar. I opted for the Heavy duty bucket on my Kubota and already have a slight bend in it. Now I have to straighten that out before I put a bar on it. I wish I would have just put a bar on it from the get go.

I have a HD bolt on tooth bar on my bucket. It's a HD bucket with a HD cutting edge. The tooth bar helps "bring up" the loose stuff on the ground.

I have the piranha tooth bar on mine and for the cost, it was probably the best purchase I've made for the tractor.

I'd disregard those existing holes and simply install a Wicked Toothbar with two side bolts. It will greatly strengthen and increase bucket ability!

This seems dirt cheap, but an inch too small for my bucket.
