Thanks nasty135. The tree lifting is something that I'll most likely try as I have about 50 trees (4"-12" in diameter, 10'-50' tall) that I'm going to be removing.
I was going to drop them with my Chainsaw, cut into logs where they lay, then FEL away to the burn pit. Now I'll just haul and burn /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif. G

Why don't you try to give away those trees to somebody with a portable sawmill. You cut 'em down, he hauls 'em away. Seems a shame to waste good wood.
