<font color=blue>you can only brake turn with the cruise on in one direction </font color=blue>

Hey Bird, that's the <font color=blue>New Holland "NASCAR"</font color=blue> feature.... Go fast; turn in one direction. /w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif/w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif/w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif

They are always trying to save a few $$$, it seems. I'm glad mine works in both directions. Yesterday I was mowing some of my "happy," well-watered grass and that feature came in handy to tighten-up my turns./w3tcompact/icons/cool.gif

Re: Boomer \"D\" Owners

Working in Automotive as long as I have, I seen how manufactures don't like to add anything to their inventory they don't have to. It was probably easier for Fiat to mount those existing pedals than come up with a whole new design for 1 pedal. At the same time they can pitch the option even though it's hard to use. "Personally" I'd simply remove the cruise switch from the pedal if I needed the option for both directions. As for the side saddle reply, don't laugh. Maybe that's why the D's have a turning seat. LOL

On my 1630 w/supersteer, the tractor turns so tight now that you are almost going sideways. Just use the steering wheel and save the wear and tear on the brakes.
