Boomer Tail Lights

For some reason both of the red lens on the tail lights have many cracks and are not long to stay mounted.

I went to the dealer to get or order and was told the solution was to purchase new assemblies at $44 each. I from time to time am on the road and need the lights to work (red not bare bulbs).

Have any of you had a similar problem? If so any reasonably priced answer?

According to your profile, you have a TC29DA. Is that correct? If so, the red lens is available PN 87308239. One our dealer/members says they should be $9.84 each on his website.

I paid $15 for the whole light assembly including the bulb for my TC18.

Yeah Solo, the assemblies are a bit more affordable for our Class I machines

But it appears that we can't buy the lenses separately either.

If I understand correctly; Case will sell you the rectangular taillight lens but CNH will only sell you the complete assembly.

dqdave, at one time there was a post here that referenced a Case number if I remember correctly, guess it got edited or something. The Case number is the same as the NH number. Just go to your local dealer, Case or NH and order part number 87308239
