You guys are right about the liability issues. I don't think my friend would stoop that low, but sometimes just when you think you know someone.................
It's a shame we have let ourselves reach the point that we have to be afraid of liability issues when helping anyone, friend or stranger.
A while back I stopped to change a flat tire for a woman on a country road. When I told the Bride that night, she scolded me saying how did I know this person was not an axe murderer or wouldn't screem "assualt" or sue me if I scratched her shiney rim. She's right, I didn't know. Just hope someone would do the same for her if needed someday.
