Tractor
Kubota BX24
This is my first post, and I would like to take the time to say thanks to ALL who have posted about the sCut TLB tractors--I have been extensively reading/researching about these tractors on this site for some time, and today (being well-informed thanks to all of you<g>) I finally pulled the trigger on a new BX24!! It will be delivered in a few days, and I can't wait

Anyway, some details.....
tractor price: $16000
60" MMM: $1650
Also getting a Pronovost Puma snowblower with hydraulic controls, about $2000--nice unit, I must say (researched this on this site as well).
Extra set of tires(turf) $280.
Got a toothbar for the FEL, and a Kubota hat to boot!

Anyway, thanks again to everyone--I hope to be a regular poster here and maybe give back by helping others if I can.

Soon to be burnin' some diesel,
FlatSix

Oh and HE gets a Kubota hat! Must be nice! Hehehehheheheh, just ribbin' ya! Enjoy the tractor. I have a 23, wife wont let me trade UP, and I only have 136 hours on mine. going to get some time today, tilling a garden for the new neighbor, then some backhoe work on a couple of stumps for him also.

Yippee!

again, enjoy the tractor, it is a blast!

Escavader, in answer to your questions:
it is a rear mounted snowblower (I would like to keep the FEL on for snow removal also, that's why I went this way). And yes, I do plan to put a cab on it for the winter. I have been reading the threads about using golf cart covers--that seems to be the budget-minded way to go.

Best of luck with your new BX24. I'm ordering mine next Saturday - not sure from who yet , but I'm ordering it.

Keep us informed about how you like it, problems etc.

Keep in touch. Have fun

LRH--the answer is neither Fitch nor Yenko--it actually is a 65 Corsa that is in the process of being made into a Yenko clone.
