that's really nice if you have a daily need for it, else renting one is much cheaper!.. a lot of money was spent there!..

Mike- You definitely can come up with a daily use for it. I've been following it on your youtube channel. Best of luck with it. I'm jealous.

Yes they are expensive, but I was renting one 4 or 5 times a year always rushing, plus I bought it end of 2020 and it will save me some real coin on my taxes, keep it inside, take care of it and it should hold pretty good value

Kind of wrong time of year for it but this spring and summer I have a ton of work for it

I just picked up a 40. I’d have rather had a 57 but I couldn’t find one for anything close to the same money as the 40. IMG_9468.JPG

I was stoked when I saw you picked this up, (I follow the channel as well) and I am looking forward to your projects in 2021 and beyond. I even bet this machine becomes the 'retirement' side hussle down the road, worth every penny invested today! Truth be told, I picked up a 30yr old Kubota KX-91 this fall, after watching your trail construction for a second time with that Bobcat you rented. Before the snow flew, I moved over a hundred feet down on new trail in just over an hour and a half, a job that would have taken almost a full day with my JD compact and hoe. Right tool for the job(s) will be worth it everytime! Congrats OWTM!

That’s the biggest reason I bought mine. This year it’s going to be a F-450 6.7 dump truck or something similar.

I sold my last backhoe for a profit after over a years use. What would a year rental set you back?
