Post a pic would help - yours probably different than mine.....but mine has 2 pair of gr8 shoulder bolts with Nylock nuts. Removing the upper pair is what allows mine to fold.

Not great, but best pictures I have of mine. The redhead pins - those are in place of the pair of shoulder bolts that need removed to fold mine. I have to fold mine to park it, so needed something better than removing nuts and shoulder bolts every time.

Sorry it's taken so long to respond, been so busy I just forgot about this for a while. Yours looks similar enough to mine, that I think I figured out the problem. I believe my dealer may have swapped positions of one set of bolts and the pins. The top bolt should be in the spot where the pins currently are, and the pin should be in the top spot. Here's a couple pics.

Yep. Take remove that highest pair of bolts and it will fold rearward. Nice that yours came with pins - mine was all bolts and nylock nuts which made just folding the ROPS time consuming and required hand tools. Pins 100x faster and tool-less.

Yep, I got em swapped around the other day, folds down now. The pins are nice, but the cotter pins are super tight....I just need to grab a couple lynch pins for easier use.

I despise cotter pins. Wherever I can - even if I have to enlarge a hole a bit - I replace with lynch pins.

Problem with replacing the bolts with the redhead pins for me is that the redheads are very slightly undersize. That makes them a breeze to remove/insert, but lets the ROPS framework vibrate which causes a buzzing noise at certain (where i operate of course) RPM.
