There are those who make 65 or 66" box blade. This might be ideal for you. If you can't find, or don't want one of those, I'd be inclined to go with the 72" blade. I've got a NH TC33D with 33 HP and 26.9 PTO HP and R4 tires. Not much different from yours. It weights about 2500# (before I filled the rear tires and added the FEL... now I'm not sure how much it weighs), I've been happy with the choice. I do have to back off on how agreesively I'm using it in tougher conditions or I start spinning the wheels. My bet is that if you have a similar weight, you'll be OK with 72" in all but the toughest going.
Another thing that makes me lean towards the 72" (or 66") over the 60" for your usage: You may have to take a bit more time on the initial installation of your dirt road, but once it's done, the maintenance part is not a strain on the tractor, and you'll be glad you are covering your tracks with the blade. The only thiong that would cause me to back off going with a 72" is if your tractor is significantly lighter than mine.
