Box blade use?

Hi my name is Jeff,Im new
I am looking for advise on useing a box blade to level a driveway and spread new stone.I have a BX25 and a 4 foot box.I tried it a little yesterday but it started raining and hasent stoped yet.I did have some success, but Im haveing a hard time with the box angel.
