Dirt Moving Box Blade Work With MMM Under Tractor

Just hoping someone has a good quick answer/work around.

Not sure how much I will use my MMM but while it is mounted is there a way to keep it UP while I use say my box blade? Of course as I'm sure you know...when I lower the box blade the mower deck is also down... and in the way.

My setup is a 54" deck under a B7300 if it helps.

I'm still a tractor noob but learning everyday. Thanks for any info.

If your B7300 is like my B2620, you can set the height adjusting knob to hold the MMM up such that the BB can function up/down without the MMM lowering. If I'm doing any serious BB work , I take the MMM off because it is not that much trouble on my Kubota .

B7300 should a ground contact mower if it runs on gauge wheels , it has 2 tabs on the front of the deck to pin the deck to the tractor via mounting Brkts on the frame at the front lift link mounting Brkts
If you have a FEL the there are 2 shiny Brkts hanging down to put the pins in
If there is no FEL then the deck Brkts pin up to the front lift arm link brkts
The B2620 has a floating mower that does not touch the ground and has a height adjustment knob that is used to lock the MMM deck up!
After pinning the deck up the rear 3 point will work your box blade.
Just watch your ground clearance on the mower deck!
Best to remove the deck!

I figured there must be a way. thank you both for the responses, I appreciate it. it sounds like popb has me "pinned" down on this one as my mmm does have ground contact wheels.

I haven't got back out there to explore again yet but I'm expecting I'll find what he's talking about. thanks again you two for the help!
