I wouldn't be surprised if he bought it and then realized it was way too big for his tractor to be possible to even use it.

If you have 2000' of driveway to maintain, it will be worth it to have an implement that is intended just for that purpose. They sure work good for getting rid of washboard effects and high and low spots. There are several manufactures of this type of implement, some heaver than others. All would most likely maintain your drive easier than a box blade.
As always, this is only my opinion and is what works well for me.
Oh, I maintain over 2 miles of roads and also have a box blade, rear blade, landscape rake, etc. Each has their purpose and work for many things, but the Road Boss definitely works the best overall to maintain my roads.
