Box Scraper use - - thanks

After a couple of tough outings trying my box blade, I finally got it right - - - after reading pointers here about extending the top link. I had two loads of dirt delivered to raise a spot at the edge of my pasture. I used the FEL to distribute the dirt more-or-less evenly, & then used the box scraper to smooth it out.... It is not as smooth as I would like yet - - a harrow or a rake would help, but no got. I'll live with what I've got. It is much better than my first attempts with the box blade.

Boxblades are awesome! I love them. We have those attachments availible for our tractors (I work for a rental company) and they are so nice. I use them to scrape away the huge amount of dirt that comes off on the cement when washing our JD dozers and excavtors. They're nice too because the dirt doesn't go anywhere, it doesn't file out like it would with a rear blade.

Harv did a thesis on Box-Scrapers that I am sure is our planets best. Search on Harv + Box + Scraper over a year old - I think 2001 was the year!
