It's the orange t handle. Pull up to engage, push down to disengage.

Okay, I feel like an idiot. You can tell I don't use it much.
I do have a backhoe that mounts to the frame. That should add some weight to the back.

Somebody above stated that when 4x4 is activated the front brakes will work.
Does that mean because it's in gear it won't roll? Or an actual brake?

So, most tractors have the actual brakes in the rear axle only. By engaging the 4x4, the front wheels are mechanically connected to the rear axle, this means the brakes, even though are only on the rear axle, will actually actuate on all 4 wheels.

To prevent it from rolling, you use the parking brake. Usually means pressing the brake pedal and use a small lever to engage the lock that holds the brake pedal down.
