Our 5203 is having a similar problem. I posted originally on another thread which TX Jim answered and his reply gave me tags to search with. This thread was also very helpful. I will update this thread with what I find.

Followup on my problem, after flushing the hydraulic fluid a couple of times over about a year and heavy use all is ok now. I've since replaced defective boot.

What boot are you talking about?
Did you consider removing the spring?

my 5210 did the same thing..the springs that retract the brake rings get weak. not a hard job just heavy..the axle housings are heavy. be very careful prying the spring unit out as its another 300$ onto the job if ya break it. that sucked...
its not a hard job..did the labor and spent about 500 in parts I think..til I broke the disc.
the springs are about 30 bucks if I recall. I did all the bleeder stuff and flushed it and all that crap didn't work..the retractor spring replacement fixed it right off
