Here's a pic of mine on my 25 series. Don't know what would be different visually, but maybe the experts can tell by looking?

It looks like there is a lot more clearance between the fan and the shroud than on the 4720 I have.

There is.

Mr Bitz, is this fix directly from Branson, meaning they have some form of documention on it or is it a fix you came up with from looking at the 25 series? I called my dealership and asked if they had the parts or kit to repair it and they said they haven't heard or seen any thing on this but they will research it and see if they could find something from Branson on it. I told them I would ask and see if I could find out something also. Thanks.

Directly from Branson. If your dealer calls them they'll tell him and give him part numbers.

Is that tractor under the 2 year bumper to bumper warranty yet. If so get it to a dealer to get it fixed. Compressors for these are not cheap.
I purchased an A/C guage set and discovered the A/C pressure on both low and high sides was extremely high. Apparently the assembly plant isn't doing this simple test before shipping. I am glad my A/C issue was a simple fix, but disappointed that I had to run without A/C in Houston for over a year because the Branson folks are half-a$$ing it. Their lazyness and incomoetance at my expense once again. I did get the window swapped out finally, will ship Branson back the incorrect one they shipped me. Ugh

That's sucks. I'm glad to hear you got everything right now.
If you have a problem don't hesitate to call or shoot me an email, I'll put a bug in their ear and make it right. As a dealer Branson has been great for me no issues whatsoever. Maybe a few minor issues but not big by any means. .

Talked to the folks at Big Reds in Texas (the dealer I purchased tractor from) a month or so ago about the fan shroud. Want to thank Mr Bitz for the information which steered me in the right direction. Also thanks to Big Reds in taking care of everything. I almost forgot about talking to the dealer and low and behold ups drove in and had a new fan and hub for me. Didn't get the shroud but I thought I can live with the old one as long as it didn't over heat at least the new fan wouldn't hit it anymore. Took a couple weeks to get around to putting on the new parts but was just 8 bolts and a little time. Then about a week later FedEx truck pulled in and I thought I didn't order anything from no one and he pulled out a big box and had the new fan shroud in it. Now it's just like new and fan clearance is good and no more hitting the shroud. All warranty and no cost to me. Very happy with all and help from members. Just thought I would update the thread.
