Good Afternoon All -
Another sticky wicket here....
I broke my front loader yesterday lifting out a stump with my Branson 4720H w/a BL25R FEL. I did this while lifting out a huge stump, then there was an unmistakable metallic 'clang'. I am not sure where the noise came from as the tractor was running at 2000rpm and I am little deaf....
But what happened was easily seen.... I could lift/lower the front loader boom just fine, cannot curb the bucket up at all. Now if I lower the bucket to the ground and then slew the joystick like I want to curb the bucket, reverse and keep downward pressure on the bucket, I can get it leveled out. You HAVE to slew the joystick for curbing otherwise all it does is drag the bucket - it won't curb (or curl. When and where I grew up we called in curling....the Branson manual calls it curbing....).
This is a 2016 Branson 4720h with the standard front loader - BL25R. It also has the fender mounted joystick for all loader functions so it has cables running to the main loader valve assembly. Took the all housings off, the cables appear to be working as far as I can tell. All other FEL, 3pt functions, and 3rd function implements work properly..... Power steering and all gears work fine.
I called the dealership and they are telling me that the valve is not repairable. I'll have to order a new one...they are trying to find the part number! Anyone have that number?
On the front SCV valve (the loader control valve) it has on a plate this number: TA 00026056B Manufacturer: Daiho Hydraulics LTD, Turkey.
Any one got a guess?
Thanks!!!
