Same thing happened to me, although on two different dealers but for the Tym 353 and the Branson F36R (3515R). The differences are amazing. The Branson is so much more stout and well built than the Tym. The front axle is bigger than the Tym.
Branson and Tym are part of the same group, yet they run like separate companies.
I don't know much about the situation in the US, but over here in Europe, Branson seems to be quite active. I read somewhere they have a big parts warehouse in Germany. The Branson's business and marketing team keeps visiting dealers/shops not only in Portugal but also all over the Europe.
They even visited the dealer I bought the tractor, which is almost odd as it's a really small dealer ran by 3 people, the owner, one mechanic and one accountant. They come here to check is everything is made up to Branson's standards.
