Breed Pipe

Hi all,

My Branson 3515R manual says to clean the breed pipe after 50 hours. I am not able to find in the manual or on the internet what the breed pipe is or how to clean. Any help is appreciated.

I was checking the service manual and I believe they meant the crankcase breather. Which sits on top of the valve cover with a hose straight to the intake manifold.

It has a filter inside that needs to be cleaned every once in a while.

The "breed pipe" is probably a typo which is quite common on Asian manuals that are translated to English.

I wonder if it is a engine BREATHER vent and the correct wording was lost in the translation?

Ok, so I removed the only hose I could find that went between valve cover and intake manifold. It was a 1” OD tube that had no filter in it. Looks clean. See pics. Let me know if you think it’s something different otherwise I’m gonna call it good.
