I was pushing back sumac with my T2220 and must have snagged a spear while backing up. AMAZED at how easy this broke, there is only a very small dent in the filter.
Gonna be expensive, lost all the oil, 123 bucks for the part and 30 for the filter.
Quite a job the tractor out because the field I was recovering requires climbing a steep clay soiled hill to get home. Took a 40 horse Bota and JD955 in tandem to get it out.
It was the final proof needed for me to know that my R4's were the way to go. I've hauled oak up over that same hill with no problem. The two turf tire equipped rigs pulling me could barely climb it on their own. Had to use 75' of chain so they were on the top before we could move mine.
Why do the MFG'ers leave this stuff hanging in the open? Do they not realize tractors don't run the interstate?\
