FIXED!! :cool2::dance1:
Feeling good! Got back my regen/fast dump and backblade capabilities. First of all many thanks to ALL who helped me think this one through - I really appreciate your input!:thumbsup:

Now the solution. I had been waiting for something to change and give me some sort of clue as to what might be going on. Here's what happened. I had noted a few spots on the garage floor that I thought were from a recent overzealous greasing of the loader/tractor. BUT it also looked like some sort of minor amount of water might be mixed in since there was a milky color to the spot on the floor. I noted it in the back of my mind in case it came into play later. Well, today I decided I needed the hoe to dig out some stumps, and also wanted to try out my new flat edged bucket bra to scrape out a ditch at my flip property, once the intruding stumps were removed.
So I removed the winch, got ready to hook-up to the hoe, and when the hoe's subframe hit against the tractor's frame my wife, who was my spotter for hoe frame alignment, said I had something dripping on the floor.

What now I'm thinking? Did I break something?! Started taking a closer look under the FEL valve body located under the right side floorboard. Above two hydraulic lines covered in the cloth sheath type line protector was a QD fitting that was leaking. I had to cut several zip ties to access the QD. It was secured by a number of cable ties and was not easy to completely disconnect so I could try to figure out how to get a solid connection, and make sure it did NOT come loose ever again, (with-in reason).
So because my employee put the QD's where he did, for some unknown reason one was partially loose and hardly leaking at all, but it must have been letting air in, or just not allowing the line to function to capacity. Whatever the problem I had forgotten the pair of QD's were even located there since I needed to extend the factory lines to feed the diverter valve. What doesn't make sense is that connection has been there a long time and I don't even know how it could have come loose to begin with. And I sometimes don't know how a QD can be fully connected and then disconnected when we went out of our way to secure it on the chassis. I guess sticks can manage to find a way to go where no stick has ever gone before!:confused3:
What lesson did I learn from this issue? Be patient, things will unfold as needed and can help one solve whatever problem is plaguing one's tractor without running around hit or miss replacing things that don't need to be and won't solve the actual problem. Saying to be patient is not always a viable method due to tractor's needing to be used, So I understand it this particular way cannot always be implemented by everyone, it has to be a personal choice taking into account time constraints, etc.
Peace, CM out
