Broken Branson

   / Broken Branson #11
HI, I had the same problem recently. What a pain. At the steering valve it's a 1/4" British Standard Straight pipe thread. A local hydraulic hose company came up with an adapter that went from that to a standard male 1/4' and from that they used a standard 45* swivel fitting and then by the front axle they used a Japanese fitting. I made the hoses as Branson did with a junction in the middle but I wouldn't if I did it again.

I tried to get hoses from Branson but they sent the wrong ones and it seems like the steerings hoses changed several times and it would appear they have a hard time sorting out which ones fit which tractors. So if you go that route take your old hoses with you.
