Broken bucket tab on 300CX loader

I checked today at my dealers and all of there bigger tractor castings the 400X and the TLB 110 are made in Canada, And all of the smaller ones 200CX 300X 300CX are made in China. The dealer thought I was on drugs when I asked him about it and we went out and looked and thats what we found.

Hi Husker in Va,

Called my dealer today & he received notice from JD about the problem.
Said JD will make good on problem after warranty in a case such as this, with parts by next day.

Thanks for the heads-up, I'll be watching very closely--heck, maybe I'll see about having them on the shelf just in case... next day is still a day out! /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

MY nnew 2520 w/a 200CX FEL should be ready this week. I can't tell you how bad I felt to find out the FEL is made in China. /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif This might have changed my purchase all together. I really hope Deere stands behind this product and fixes it with a good forging or welded steel plate bracket. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
I don't suppose there is gonna be an after market FEL available yet. Koyker made a good one that was on my last tractor. No problems at all. I would cancell the 200CX for a Koyker today if I knew they made one fo the 2520.

From what I see only 4 cast part of the loader are made in China not the hole unit.

I don't have the hours on my 2210 like others , But so far I have used it mostly for loader work in tight areas and have not treated it gently by any means and have yet to damage it . I have lifted the rear wheels off of the ground with the weight box full of sand and nothing has given way on the 200CX. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I broke my 400X loader also. The left casting and the center rod. It was my fault, and I told them that. I got it caught on some stuff while I was working. They fixed it under warranty - no issues.

If these castings continue to break after the warranty is up, I wonder what the replacement cost will be. I'm still waiting for the 200CX FEL for my 2520. The dealer told me the loader isn't made in China, nor are the parts. I guess we'll see when it arrives. I also asked him if I could substitute an older model loader that didn't use the cast parts. He said it wouldn't work.
