This tractor is used to push snowWow, That is not good. I have cracked loader frames usually from lifting uneven loads or doing something repeatedly to twist to frame. I was pushing silage in a pit which cracked the frame on an older deere.
Tractor is 3 years old dealer was contacted and pictures were sent to masseyPretty unusual. Most tractors/loaders do not have the strength of hydraulic force to break a loader like that. When they do break the ones I have seen usually break at welds and usually where some unusual leverage or bending was applied. I'm NOT a loader expert by any stretch but I've not seen this before.
I see where these FL series loaders are pre-stressed and the beams are narrower than traditional loaders. Claims are that they are stronger -- your buddy's experience brings that into question. I would think the MF regional rep needs to be contacted immediately and shown this break. And asked if there are others reported. Pretty serious stuff.
bet its heavy wet snow and bucket gets uneven weight distribution. that sucks. This tractor is used to push snow
Pushing snow is hard on a front end loader hitting obstacles and whatnot looks like you're out of warranty so weld/fish plate it up and be on your way
this....is probably....a good life choice. friggin make it work and get it done.Ive seen several broke ones. Weld it up and continue on with life.
If you plate it, weld one on the other side so it looks like it came that way.this....is probably....a good life choice. friggin make it work and get it done.

Then I'm 99.9% sure he hit something beneath the snow that didn't budge and the loader paid for it.This tractor is used to push snow
I’d have to agreeThen I'm 99.9% sure he hit something beneath the snow that didn't budge and the loader paid for it.
