Broken FL 3615 Loader

Does anyone have heard of a fl 3615 loader cracking? My buddy has one that has severely cracked around where hoses come out of bottem of loader

Pretty unusual. Most tractors/loaders do not have the strength of hydraulic force to break a loader like that. When they do break the ones I have seen usually break at welds and usually where some unusual leverage or bending was applied. I'm NOT a loader expert by any stretch but I've not seen this before.

I see where these FL series loaders are pre-stressed and the beams are narrower than traditional loaders. Claims are that they are stronger -- your buddy's experience brings that into question. I would think the MF regional rep needs to be contacted immediately and shown this break. And asked if there are others reported. Pretty serious stuff.

Wow, That is not good. I have cracked loader frames usually from lifting uneven loads or doing something repeatedly to twist to frame. I was pushing silage in a pit which cracked the frame on an older deere.

This tractor is used to push snow

Tractor is 3 years old dealer was contacted and pictures were sent to massey

Pushing snow is hard on a front end loader hitting obstacles and whatnot looks like you're out of warranty so weld/fish plate it up and be on your way

Ive seen several broke ones. Weld it up and continue on with life.
