broken Ford 8n seat bolt

Thanks for all the replies. I will probably have to try that welding technique, one question do you think it would be doable for a novice like myself with a stick welder? It was a grade 5 bolt as you said.

stick is the only welder i own.. it's what i use..

just turn the penetration down a bit.. maybee use a 6013 rod..
