I agree. Most likely vibration caused the original line to work harden and crack. That piece of hose should solve the problem. Very nice repair job, by the way.Was it brazed or tig welded? Thatç—´ a good fix. No reason to have something rigid off the motor like that. A bit of flex in that hose will go a long ways to preventing future failure.
If that particular line failure is a known issue and many are failing and that's why there is a backlog of orders, like Jabonee commented, you with think Mahindra would have figured it out.
