As an FYI, Kevlar is referring to the brand of (Aramid) cord used inside the belt near the back edge. Belts can also use other cords, usually some type of polyester. Aramid belts may resist torque snap better, but being Kevlar doesn't mean that it is the right fit for the job.

Thank you. They list the 6783 but the 7057 is OOS

And thanks to all the others who responded with info and advice. I've learned something about belts and ZTM and what causes excessive wear. I will engage the PTO differently and less frequently and hopefully my belts will last longer. I will keep one on a shelf so I don't have down time.

I have almost always bought the cheapest kevlar belts available on amazon for my mowers. I have had a kevlar deck belt on my ZTR for about 3 yrs now. There about 1/3 the price of dealer.
