Had a 50x50x12 building built for my wife's toybox, I have since had the interior sprayed with open cell insulation, covered the walls with 3/4" BC plywood, ran all the electrical in EMT, painted ceilings and walls, installed 5 ton two stage heat pump/AC, built shelves and two 4'x8' formicaa top tables. She seems to be in a pretty good mood lately:dance1:

or better approach is get the grapple bucket and inform her it was needed to do the insulation.

Why did you choose the open cell foam?

To get the same.R value with closed cell would have been more expensive
