I looked up my specs in my owner manual... to see where the heck I got 39 PTO hp. Still don't know where I got that number from /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif. You are right it is 34.5 PTO hp. So I'm now I'm in between a rock and a hard place /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif. The BB720 spec is 35 hp minimum. I'm at 34.5 hp. The BB72 minimum is 30 hp. I was aware that I was near the minimum hp. The dealer told me if it was too big for my tractor he would take it back and give me my money back, provided the cutter is in demo sellable condition.
Should I try it and see how it goes or don't even waste my time trying?
Also I mentioned ( I'm a little confused about the Woods specs. A BB72 minimum HP is 30. The BB720 minimum HP is 35. Is the difference of 5 HP because of more rotational mass and/or the overal weight of the cutter? )
Any insight to that?
Thanks
