shane said:I in know way know much of nothing when it comes to brush cutting. But, I do have a question that always comes to mind when reading post about brush cutting. I understand that many cutters can take out sapplings 2" to 4". Well, my question is what about the shredded stumps left behind? Will they not punture tires if you cut the field the next year or so?
4" is kinda big. best I've done is 3" green soft sapplings.
Inmost cases brush cutters shred stuff. Occasionally i will see cuts on sidewalls.. but have yet to specifically loose a tire to a stump puncture. I have lost a tire due to long 2" to 3" orange thorns though.. Only once though..
