I rebuilt my forks over the last several days. I used square tubing to build the entire frame and thick flat-strap for the "hangers". I still have to rebuild the bracket on one side, it got bent up pretty bad. These still install and remove very easily as long as the ground is level. They are still light enough to pic up if neccessary, but noticably heavier than the prototype! ---------
I've been real happy with quick attach for my brush fork . Yours is almost quick-release I bet you could use a pin and spring clip instead of the bolt.
My BX moved MOUNTAINS of brush, and so maneuverable, was easy to get stuff to the fire. I like your movies!
