Here is a quick video picking up and moving trees while burning:

I hope your tractor is insured! And you are not wearing a seat belt, so you can get off quick when it catches on fire.

This is what I use after the fire is out.

Nice tongs Xfax!

I rebuilt my forks over the last several days. I used square tubing to build the entire frame and thick flat-strap for the "hangers". I still have to rebuild the bracket on one side, it got bent up pretty bad. These still install and remove very easily as long as the ground is level. They are still light enough to pic up if neccessary, but noticably heavier than the prototype! Here are the pics:

I am going to be building some brush forks soon. I have looked at several designs and will use a little from several designs. I like your bolt on design. I have also been toying with the idea of building one onto a skid steer quick attach plate.

I highly recommend them. I need to make a video of how to install and remove the forks... need more time in the day for stuff like that!!

I like having the bucket still on the tractor with the forks. I can push brush and still load the bucket with firewood if needed, etc. However, I don't have a quick attach so that's not an option for me anyways!

I've been real happy with quick attach for my brush fork . Yours is almost quick-release I bet you could use a pin and spring clip instead of the bolt.

My BX moved MOUNTAINS of brush, and so maneuverable, was easy to get stuff to the fire. I like your movies!

I like your idea! I'm picturing something like the pin and spring that holds the mowing deck on my BX... that might be a project this winter!
