Well, I finally got my grapple! Thanks to all that posted previously in helping me make my decision. A local Mennonite welding/fabrication shop built it for me. Design and build quality is excellent. Cost was $1,100.00 including cylinders and hoses. I went with a 54" unit since most of you guys said to stay on the narrow side. It appears to be a good fit for my set-up even though my tractor and loader function could handle a wider and heavier unit. I'm currently running the hydraulics from the rear remote. It was another $125.00 for hoses and couplers. I also made an extension for my RR valve (similar to that made by k0ua) from materials laying around the shop. I guess a diverter valve or true third function kit might work a bit slicker, but this is working just fine for me right now. I wish I had one of these years ago!
