Bubba\'s Basic Barn

In response to GerardC's request for pictures of my barn, I'm starting this tread instead of hi-jacking Mopower440's. This is a 42x60 pole barn that I had built for me by the company that built our house. They put up the basic structure, poured the floor, did the rough plumbing and hung the doors and windows.
This is a picture of the framing.

This is a picture of the guys moving the concrete inside the barn with the concrete buggies.

Here the guys are building the indent for the garage door. It kind of looks like this from the side --|_ . The dashed line represents the barn floor, the vertical line is flush with the floor and the driveway, and the other line is the driveway. The garage door sits in this pocket which is about 1" deep. The purpose of this is to block water from blowing in under the door when you have a monsoon type rain. So far it has worked great.

After the barn was up I insulated the walls with 6" fiberglass batts, installed horizontal 2x4's, then OSB.

That was about a year and a half ago. Now I have the barn fully insulated, lit, heated, and painted. Right now my current project is staining a dresser for our upcoming Granddaughter. I also built an office, storage cabinets, and dollies for all my attachments.
