I thought it seemed weird when it was delivered, but when all I've used it for is moving snow, precision wasn't an issue. Fast forward......20 hrs on the CK3510 now. Need to pick a heavy steel project out of my new truck bed. Switched to the forks, and chained it up. When feathering the curl up, the forks would drop and then rise. A couple hard drops on the truck bed (good thing I had bed liner sprayed in), finally got it high enough to back clear of truck to investigate. Called dealer and they told me its a known issue with the valve. They've replaced a couple already. So, its in the shop for warranty work today. Anyone else notice this, or is there any other problems I should be looking for?. I appreciate it being under warranty, but its a 45min trip each way when I have to drop off and pick up.

It happens. I had a loader valve replaced under warranty on a Mahindra. I just made it under the 1 year warranty for the loader valve. Mine developed an internal leak and wouldn't stay up. The loader dropped faster than 2" an hour. The dealer said he had replaced 3 valves when I called. My dealer was only 10 miles away but it was still a hassle to load on the trailer, strap down, and drop it off. Then be without the tractor for 3 days while he got time to replace it. Lucky for me he had the valve in stock or it might have been a couple weeks. I acredit the failure to poor quality control either by the valve mfg. not cleaning it out before assembly and a chip or burr either took out a seal or scored the cylinder internals.

I had the same thing happen to my 2005 Kioti bh. One of the valves in the stack that worked a stabilizer did the same thing. You could put the leg down without a problem but when feathering, it would release first and then more control movement would make the leg move again. My bh valve stack is the Nimco brand that Kioti doesn't use anymore for a bh. I changed out the one valve and all was good. You probably just have a valve that missed specs somewhere especially if your dealer has changed a few. The new one should be fine and no further problems or anything else to look for.

I'm hoping you guys are right. I've had great luck with the CK20 since 2006.

They had to replace my control valve at 3 hours. then I noticed that if I slowly try to raise the 3 point hitch it jerks uncontrollably. Kioti won't do nothing about that. They said that's normal operation. I have 15 hours on the tractor right now and it's for sale. 2019 Kioti CK3510SE HC.

So far, no problems with any hydraulics on my 2009 M6040. HOWEVER - my 1982 Ford 1700 would get the "3-point shakes" every now and then. I would solve this by putting my rear blade on and simply cycling the system - up/down - many times. This condition would "appear" once every year or so. Never figured out what caused this condition.

Thank you for the heads up. I used my loader to stir up my compost pile, the bucket seems to work fine at this time. I have not used the forks yet.
This is not just a Kioti issue. I owned a couple of John Deeres that had the same issue.

Take a look at this video. It may be the problem. This was posted by another member in another thread.

2019 Kioti CK3510SE HC jerking - YouTube look at the link, that's jerking. It is a control valve issue. The other video is bouncing, that's a sensitivity issue that can be adjusted with the MLS valve.
