The jerking in your video is a MLS sensitivity issue, your dealer should have been able to adjust it and fix the problem. The bouncing depends on how long of an implement you have connected and what frequency it bounces at, a short heavy tiller will bounce exactly like yours does. The CK3510 has the same exact MLS and 3pt lift valve as my ck35. I had the same issue when I got mine and was easily able to adjust the sensitivity down and now it is as smooth as butter no bouncing what so ever. Your dealer failed you.
