Wondering if anyone with the Boomers has experienced a delay while emptying the bucket. It seems that it only happens when I tip the bucket to empty and only near the end of the cycle. It hesitates a bit then finishes the dump. It acts perfectly otherwise-anybody else ?might just be normal.

Yes, I too have seen this issue. It's seems to happen mostly when the RPM is low ~1000.
I have to "slam" it over one or two more times.
maybe one reason my joystick is often broken

Try dumping without moving the lever all the way over to the regenerative position. It dumps faster in regenerative mode, but there always seems to be a delay before it starts moving.

What happens is that it lets gravity pull the bucket down as fast as it wants to in that position. So it dumps fast, pushing oil out of one side of the cylinder. But when it gets to the point where gravity no longer pulls it down, you have to wait a bit for pressure to build up on the other side of the cylinder to continue. This is more noticable at lower rpms. (The plan here is that when gravity stops pulling the bucket down, it should be empty & you don't need to follow up by continuing with the full cycle. However sticky dirt & such can foil plans...)

If you use the normal down-pressure position of the joystick, the hyd will control the bucket all the way - slower, but constant.
