Bucket off square

The bucket on my B26 sits an inch or two off the ground on one side. I thought it just might be the bucket itself, so I took it off and the loader arms are actually the problem. My concern is how it will effect other implements, such as a plow, if and when I decide to put one on. I noticed this problem the day I brought it home, but I just figured the pavement it was sitting on was off level. Is there any way to adjust this? Its brand new and still under warrantee, but I now have 27 hours on it, so my guess is they are going to try and put the blame on me. Is it even possible to bend the arms that much without any visible signs?

I have no idea but is it possible that the hydraulic cylinders are extended a differant amount on each side? If so does it correct itself if you extend or retract the cylinder fully?

It can be straightened out. I just got mine done yesterday. I am so pleased.

Sounds to me like the loader wasn't mounted squarely on the frame. (or your rear tires are at different PSI) There is a little bit of play in the bolt holes and if it wasn't set up on a completely flat floor this can result. I really doubt you bent the arms, especially on the B26, that is a very heavy duty loader for that size tractor. I have a much lighter loader on my B3200 and I haven't bent the arms yet and I do really hard work with it (like digging out small trees, excavating with the tooth bar, etc) Tell the dealer your problem and tell them you want them to remount the loader and I bet the problem will go away. If not, there is a chance the torque tube on the loader wasn't welded in squarely, but I really doubt that.

If that thing has a light materials bucket its entirely
probable that the bucket digging edge is wracked
and twisted and the bucket will deform long before
the lift arms will.

Since new my L4400 FEL has been twisted left side low, then twisted right side low and now is back to left side low. Freaked me out when I first noticed it. Now I just change my attack when loading and it eventually twists back the other direction. It's always the loader frame thats twisted, not the bucket. I give it little notice.

No its not the 66" light material bucket. It has the 60" heavy duty bucket. But I took the bucket off and its the arms that are off. Dealer doesn't seem to have any answers for me. Kubota says its assembled in a jig that assures it is flat and square. Problem is I know this tractor was sitting on the dealers lot for over 4 months during which he was using it to unload his deliveries with pallet forks. So it could have happened then, but he is not owning up to it and I have no way of proving it. I just know it was like this the day I got it.

Thats what I first thought, but they seem to be extended equally.
