Get creative, purchase some DOM stock of correct diameter and weld a washer at one end then drill the other end for a pin or bolt.

Yep I have already done that. I am a machinest. I lost one pin. It belongs to my Dad. He really wants to find oem parts for it.

Try one of the tractor salvage yards. Having said that, I tried to buy a used loader hyd line, and the guy said he only sold complete loaders.

So with you being a machinest, you may be your Dad's best option.
