if it is a simple welding job, you could take it to the local High School, Vo-tech, or trade school and talk with the instructor. A lot of times they are looking for welding jobs to keep the students working.

The triangles were cut from die plate, I forget the thickness, but attaching those four "lugs" to the qa plate was all the welding that was done. It was simple for me, I need simple.
