Have you ever blown snow in the middle of the night with a 40 mph wind in your face ? I would look for a Deere X series with at least a removable enclosure and front mount blower . Then again I am 60 years old .
+1 Yep at a minimum

A loader with bucket in itself is not very effective for snow removal especially since its narrow and probably has about a 0.2 yard capacity heaped in this size. I expect you'd be very unhappy if your were using that for clearing snow. if you can mount and angled blade to the loader you'd be a lot happier. As i mentioned in my previous post a rear blade on a light weight tractor like this will almost definitely require you to push backwards in any kind of real snow. My buddies JD2040 2wd weighs probably 5-6000 lbs ballasted and pulls a 7 ft blade through the snow no problem.

Agree, having to use my loader this past winter due to my front blade being temporarily out of commission due ot a bracket snapping, was okay but the blade and a rear snow blower combo, is how I am gonna attack it next winter and future winters. Push it and/or blow it away. Reduce my shoveling down to a minimum.
